Automotive Technician
Qualifications:
- Must be an A-Level Technician with ASE certifications.
- 5-plus years’ experience working on European car brands, with Jaguar, Land Rover, Mercedes and Volvo experience being a significant advantage.
- Factory training or certification from Jaguar and Land Rover is a strong bonus.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, software, and equipment to accurately identify and address vehicle issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality repairs and maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair work on luxury vehicles, with a focus on Jaguar, Land Rover, Mercedes and Volvo models.
- Utilize advanced technical skills to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electronic issues, ensuring accurate and efficient repairs.
- Collaborate with the service team to assess vehicle condition and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance.
- Stay up to date with the latest automotive technologies and advancements to provide top-notch service to our clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to uphold the professionalism and excellence associated with the Crowne Automotive brand.
